Returns & Exchanges

At MLO Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn shoes back in their original MLO box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking information.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
